Who We Are

Bridging Continents

Business With Africa (BWA) is a law corporation and a limited liability company (LLC) that primarily provides legal services and manages other companies. Operating as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for North American LLCs interested in investing in Africa, Business With Africa's primary purpose is to manage its own shares and those of other affiliates, all based on the African continent.

Diverse Operations and Trade

In addition to legal services, Business With Africa trades in commodities, including gold and other precious metals from Africa. We thrive both ways—serving North American clients who want to invest in Africa and African businesspeople who seek access to Canadian or American markets.
